Because ListingIQ.AI provides both IDX and VOW access, TRREB requires that we:

• Collect your name, email, and phone number before displaying VOW data
• Share your information with TRREB upon request for auditing
• Retain your information for compliance purposes

You agree that MLS® data is for personal, non-commercial use only and cannot be repurposed, redistributed, scraped, or reproduced.
